3. Procedures

When using the website and further subpages, you may be asked to enter your personal data by filling out the contact form or the application form / inquiry. Providing personal information is voluntary. The lack of personal data provided by the User makes it impossible to use the services and receives a reply to the request for proposal sent by electronic means.

4. Purpose of collecting personal data

The processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of art. 6 RODO and for marketing purposes. The Personal Data Administrator refers to a legitimate interest, which is:

– conclusion and performance of the service.
– answering questions.
– providing information about the products and services offered.
– sending newsletters and other marketing materials
– statistical analysis of Google Analytics. The data collected will be used for statistical analysis of customer behavior on our website and improvement of our offer.

8. User rights

The website user has the right to withdraw at any time from consent to the processing of personal data, expressed by checking the checkbox specifying this consent in the electronic form on the website. Personal data will be processed until cancelled.
The website user has the right to access their personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, and to submit a complaint to the supervisory body.
The data is used to profile marketing using the Google Analytics and Facebook tools. In the event of opposition to profiling – please use the browser settings.

1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

3. The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and obtains access to them is VISIT POLAND.

4. Cookies are used to:

– adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
