My house is situated in a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood  with nice view on the mountains, with the surrounding green areas, close to the town center of Jelenia Gora (5 minutes by car) and to the supermarkets (5 minutes), bus stop (2 minutes), bus and train station (10 minutes).

The apartment consists of 3 rooms + gym on the entresol +2 bathrooms (one with toilet)+ kitchen + garage + garden+parking space. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with household appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, juicer). Apartment is fully furnished (washing machine, heating control system).
